meet our founder/Instructor

Dani's journey from discovering yoga as a tool for balancing life's stresses to becoming a certified instructor and founding Dear You Yoga reflects her deep commitment to community wellness and inclusivity. Her training in trauma-informed yoga underscores her dedication to creating safe and nurturing spaces for all individuals. Through Dear You Yoga, Dani aims to provide accessible and identity-affirming wellness spaces that foster a sense of belonging and community.

September 2022, Dani earned her 200 hr. RYT through True Love Yoga and was trained by owner, Lauren Leduc, in Vinyasa and Hatha styles with an emphasis in trauma informed yoga.

Outside of yoga, she enjoy spending time with her two beautiful daughters, rooting on the Kansas City Chiefs, trying new restaurants, exploring new/daring adventures, and traveling around the world.
